注文方法

STEP1  商品を選ぶ

TOPページ、商品一覧ページよりお好みの商品をお選びください。

STEP2  かごに入れる

商品が決まりましたら、数量を選択し「ADD TO CART｣ボタンを押してください。そのままお買い物を続ける場合は何もボタンを押さなければお買い物を再開できます。お買い物終了の場合は、「CHECK OUT」をクリックします。商品ページの「BUY IT NOW」のボタンでもそのままご購入画面に移行いたします。

STEP3  ご注文内容の確認

買い物かごに商品が正しく入っているか確認ください。
会員登録済のお客様はIDとパスワードをご入力ください。

 

注文画面より「ご注文の流れ」にそって必要事項を記入してください。
注文完了後、自動的にご注文内容の確認メールが送信されます。

※注意：注文確認メールが届かない場合、注文が正しく行われていない可能性がございます。
お手数ですが、サイト上の「お問合わせ」画面よりご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。

 

STEP5  商品の発送

決済完了後、商品を発送いたします。商品到着まで今しばらくお待ちくださいませ。
＊在庫のある店舗から発送する場合がございます。その場合、発送元が弊社の直営の店舗となることがございます。なお、２点以上ご注文の際は、発送元が異なる場合もございます。 予めご了承くださいませ。

以下のクレジットカード会社のご利用が可能です。

※カード手数料は、当社にて全額負担いたします。
※カード番号はSSLを通じて暗号化されて送信されます。

【代引引換】

商品をお受け取りになる時に、お支払いいただく方法です。
佐川急便でお届けいたしますので配達員に代金をお支払いください。
大変恐れ入りますが、代引手数料はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。

※お客様には配送業者をお選びいただけません。


在庫を確認させていただき、商品を確保でき次第発送させていただきます。

国内に関しましては、営業日（土・日・祝日を除く）の12時までのご注文は翌日発送いたします。

• 金曜日と翌日が祝日の場合は12時までのご注文は週明け月曜日発送となります。
• 商品によっては数日発送にお時間をいただいております。ご注文画面にてご確認いただけます。
• 2点以上のご購入にて、在庫元が異なる場合は、代引き決済のみ出荷するまでに、3〜5営業日ほどお時間をいただいております。

お日にち指定などご希望ございましたらご注文の際に【CART】画面にて、【Special instructions for seller】内にご記入いただきますようお願い申しあげます。尚、祝日など重なる場合は運送会社が営業していない場合もあり到着にお時間がかかる場合もございますので、ご了承くださいませ。

【返品・交換について】

• 商品到着後7日以内にご連絡をお願い致します。
• 商品が到着しましたら、すぐに破損等の有無をご確認ください。
• 商品の品質につきましては万全を期しておりますが、万一お届けした商品に破損・汚損、間違いなどがございましたら、商品到着後7日以内にメール・お電話でご連絡ください。すぐに返品・交換をさせていただきます。（この場合送料は当店が負担致します）
• お届けした商品が修理・交換が不可能な場合には、商品をご返送いただいた後、お支払い金額をご返金させていただきます。
• お客様都合によるサイズ交換などの返品・交換の場合送料はお客様負担となります。
• 商品の返品・交換の際、下記の場合はご対応いたしかねますのでご了承ください。
  　→　商品到着後7日以上経過した場合
  　→　ロンパース・水着・靴下など衛生商品の場合
  　→　商品タグを紛失した場合
  　→　ご使用になられた場合、水通しも含みます
  　→　ご連絡なしに商品を直接ご返送いただいた場合
  
  返品・交換をご希望の場合は、上記をご確認いただいた上、商品が破損しないように梱包していただき、下記の返送先住所までお送りください。

【International orders】

International shipping is a flat rate of 3.000 yen worldwide.

※Shipping fee will be automatically added at checkout.

※Payment is by credit card only.

Please be aware that any customs duties and import taxes for international orders must be paid by the customer.

If you refuse to pay duties, or import charges, your package may be delayed, returned, or returned. You are responsible for all resulting costs.

Charges such as taxes and duties will be excluded from checkout. Once shipped DHL will get in touch with you to charge any relevant fees, for which the recipient will be responsible for.

How to order

STEP1 choose a product

STEP2 Add an item to the cart

Once you have selected your desired items, choose the quantity and click 「ADD TO CART｣. If you would like to continue shopping, do not click any other buttons- you can continue browsing and adding items to your cart. When you are ready to complete your purchase(shopping),click 「CHECK OUT」. Alternatively, you can click the  「BUY IT NOW」button on the product page to proceed directly to the checkout page.

STEP3 Confirmation of the Details

Please check that the items in your cart are correct. 
Registered customers, please enter your ID and password.

STEP4　Payment and Shipping Methods

Please follow the Order Process on the order page and fill in the required information. After your order is completed, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent automatically.

※Important：If you do not receive an order confirmation email, your order may nor have been completed successfully. Please contact us through the Contact page on our website.

STEP5 Shipping

Once your payment has been completed, we will ship your order. Please wait a little longer for your package to arrive.
*Please note that your order may be shipped from a store with available stock. In such cases, the shopping origin may differ. Thank you for your understanding.

【Returns & Exchanges】
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Upon receiving your order, please check the items immediately for any damage or defects.
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products. However, if the item you receive is damaged, stained, defective, or incorrect, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange a return or exchange. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
If the delivered item cannot be repaired or exchanged, we will issue a refund for the amount paid after the item has been returned to us.
For returns or exchanges due to customer preferences, such as a change of size, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Please note that we may be unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・More than 7 days have passed since the delivery of the product.
・For hygienic items such as rompers, swimwear, socks, and similar products.
・If the product tag has been lost or removed.
・If the product has been used, including being washed or rinsed before use.
・If the product is returned without contacting us in advance.
・If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the above conditions and carefully package the item to prevent damage during shipping. Then, please send it to the return address provided below.
